《煤礦安全規程》382條規定“箕斗提升必須采用定重裝載”的規定。主井提升信號及定重裝載系統系統可實現井下定重裝載自動控制,井上數據管理和卸載系統自動控制。系統由稱重傳感器、井上下PLC可編程控制箱、裝載液壓站、井上下操作臺及絞車房狀態顯示箱等組成。
